Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Providence, RI seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, including trial, and contribute to the firm's growth in a new office location.

The ideal candidate holds a JD, is licensed in Rhode Island, and has at least two years of PI litigation experience with strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills to independently manage a full inventory of cases.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) required.
• Active Rhode Island license in good standing.
• At least two years of Personal Injury litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, including trial.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
• Work within established litigation systems and case standards.
• Exercise sound judgment and ownership over assigned matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and firm leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with opposing counsel and stakeholders.
