Required: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, active NC license, and at least 2 years of PI trial/mediation experience; excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina.
- Proven experience in handling depositions, trials, and mediations.
- Extensive knowledge of personal injury law including catastrophic injury and wrongful death.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Handling a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through resolution.
- Conducting client meetings to understand their needs and expectations.
- Investigating, collecting, and preserving evidence to support the client's claim.
- Drafting, filing, and arguing motions in court.
- Representing clients in depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Negotiating settlements with defense attorneys and insurance companies.
