Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing, with Life Sciences exposure.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience leading recruitment teams or mentoring staff.
• Proven track record delivering recruitment and revenue targets.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an individual recruitment and commercial desk, building client relationships and contributing to revenue.
• Oversee day-to-day recruitment activity and ensure roles are prioritized and progressed.
