QCS Staffing in Raleigh, NC seeks a Recruitment Team Leader to guide our US team in building high-performance talent pipelines. You will direct sourcing strategies, develop diverse candidate pools, and lead day-to-day recruitment activities in a fast-growing life sciences staffing environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic execution, and strong stakeholder engagement to support the company’s aggressive growth plan in North America.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in Life Science recruitment or contract staffing is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced interpersonal skills with client and candidate engagement.
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and align the Recruitment Team's objectives and goals to company targets, ensuring clarity and accountability.
• Lead, develop, and implement successful recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates for live vacancies and proactively develop diverse pipelines of talent through networking and marketing strategies.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct daily check-ins and regular performance reviews to monitor progress and support development.
• Maintain front-end recruitment activity alongside Team Lead responsibilities, including calls, sourcing, and pipeline development.

What You'll Do:

• Establish and align the Recruitment Team's objectives and goals to company targets, ensuring clarity and accountability.


• Lead, develop, and implement successful recruiting and sourcing strategies.


• Source candidates for live vacancies and proactively develop diverse pipelines of talent through networking and creative sourcing and marketing strategies.


• Build talent pipelines for current and future needs.


• Conduct daily check-ins and regular performance reviews (weekly, monthly, half-yearly) to monitor progress and support development.


• Maintain consistent personal front-end recruitment activity alongside Team Lead responsibilities, including candidate calls, sourcing, send-outs, networking, lead generation and pipeline development, while achieving agreed individual performance objectives.

What You'll Bring:

• Industry experience with Life Science recruitment/contract staffing experience is highly preferred.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Intermediate knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office products is preferred.


• Ability to commit to the organization's mission and goals by showing dedication and perseverance in day-to-day work and goal achievement.


• Advanced interpersonal skills with a specific focus on building relationships, establishing rapport, engaging clients and candidates, persuading potential clients and candidates to consider a new contract/agreement.


• Ability to show initiative by taking proactive steps and being self-motivated to start tasks or projects.
