Job summary

Charlie Health in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Outreach professional to drive go-to-market efforts and build partnerships with referral sources. You will visit partners 4–5 days a week, lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers, and coordinate with internal teams to advance GTM goals.

The role offers a base salary with an uncapped bonus, comprehensive benefits, and local travel within about an hour's drive.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years proven sales experience with KPI ownership preferred.
• Ability to travel locally 4–5 days/week for meetings with partners.
• Fluent English with strong interpersonal and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources.
• Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs.
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and events.
• Share market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to hit GTM goals.
