Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking an Outreach professional based in Raleigh, NC to drive go-to-market efforts, build relationships with referral sources, and expand access to behavioral health services in local communities.

You will travel locally 4–5 days a week to meet patients, parents, and providers, collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams, and help achieve GTM goals. Competitive benefits and an uncapped performance bonus accompany base compensation.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of proven sales experience; KPIs ownership a plus.
• Based in Raleigh, NC and fluent in English.
• Willing to travel locally 4–5 days/week (within ~1 hour).
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, listening and consultative selling skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Zoom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new markets.
• Create and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers.
• Design strategies to support referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health's penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events.
• Synthesize market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to meet GTM goals.
