Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Exceptional phone and written communication skills.
• Experience in K-12 education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Generate quotes for new, renewal, and upgrade opportunities.
• Record activities and communications in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and workflows.
• Handle purchase orders and payments as needed.
