Job summary

IXL Learning, Raleigh-Durham office, is seeking a School Membership Specialist to respond to inquiries, explain product features, generate quotes, and manage customer communications in Salesforce. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to drive renewals and new business while delivering exceptional service to schools and educators.

The role requires a BA/BS, 3+ years of customer service, excellent phone and written communication, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in K-12 education is a plus.
• Strong phone, written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficient with G Suite, Excel and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Clearly explain product features and benefits to customers via email and phone.
• Generate quotes for new, renewal and upgrade requests.
• Maintain detailed records of activities in Salesforce.
• Partner with internal teams to drive new business and high renewal rates.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support to customers.
• Handle additional projects as assigned.
