Training is company-paid and includes on-the-job and classroom work, with travel to Overland Park, KS. This full-time position requires 40 hours weekly, with on-call duties, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain employment authorization and work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older by start date.
• Ability to report for duty at assigned location.
• Ability to work safely in all listed conditions.
• Ability to work the posted shift, hours, and travel requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to climb and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate train controls, signals, and braking systems.
• Switch tracks and verify route alignment.
• Inspect trains and equipment per regulations.
• Monitor track conditions and report issues.
