The role requires a valid driver license and a CDL (Class A or B) or the ability to obtain one during probation, plus strong English and communication skills. Expect physical, safety-driven work with potential travel across the system.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driverb license.
• CDL Class A or B, or ability to obtain during probation.
• Ability to read and interpret regulations/instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must complete an English assessment before interview.

Responsibilities

• Perform track maintenance such as repairs and component removals.
• Use load/unload devices to handle track materials.
• Monitor track conditions and safety along right-of-way.
• Operate equipment to drive spikes and adjust track bolts.
• Maintain trackbed and unload ballast.
• Collaborate with colleagues and manage conflicts.
• Follow FRA safety rules and regulations.
• Carry out additional assigned duties as needed.
