The role requires a high school diploma or GED, physical work outdoors in all weather, and flexibility to a 24/7 schedule. CDL is a plus, and safety is a top priority here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• CDL is a plus or willingness to obtain if required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and replace track components using hand tools and equipment.
• Follow safety regulations and work with a trainer or supervisor.
• Inspect tools and equipment for defects prior to use.
• Work outdoors in all weather, across a 24/7 schedule.
