Job summary

Genesee & Wyoming Inc. (G&W) invites applications for a Track Laborer with the Kyle Railroad Company in Phillipsburg, KS. The role supports maintenance of track infrastructure, performing repairs and replacements outdoors in varied weather conditions.

You will use hand and hydraulic tools, follow safety regulations, and work with a team to ensure reliable railroad operations. A valid driver's license and 18+ years old are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and replace railroad track components outdoors in all weather.
• Follow safety regulations and work under supervision or with a trainer.
• Operate hand tools, hydraulic tools, and other equipment as needed.
• Inspect tools and equipment and perform routine maintenance.
