Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain railroad safety training and certifications.
• Ability to obtain a CDL.
• Pre-employment requirements including DOT-related tests and background checks.
• 1+ years of field service experience with customer facing role.
• 2+ years in railroad environment, field service, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lubricate top of rail and gauge face lubricator units per guidelines.
• Perform lubrication service program for railroad customers.
• Manage inventory on maintenance vehicle and plan work.
• Process work orders and delivery tickets; handle warranty paperwork.
