Job summary

Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to provide field service and maintenance to Loram customers across a designated region.

The role focuses on keeping railroad equipment up and running to meet uptime goals and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include lubricating units, performing service programs, managing vehicle inventory, and coordinating with Sales to ensure customer expectations are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ Equivalent
• Maintain railroad safety training and certifications
• Ability to obtain a CDL.
• 2+ years working in a railroad environment, Field service, and Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Service top of rail and gauge face lubricator units to guidelines.
• Perform lubrication service program for railroad customers.
• Manage inventory on maintenance vehicle and company processes.
• Process work orders, delivery tickets, warranty paperwork, and returns.
• Build customer and supplier relations; coordinate with Sales to meet expectations.
