Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
• Valid driver’s license; Class A or B CDL preferred.
• Experience operating heavy equipment (cranes, excavators).
• Ability to read load charts and rigging practices.

Starting Salary: $64,000/year — higher salary available depending on experience

Position Summary

We are hiring a Railroad Field Supervisor to oversee crews performing railcar repairs, derailment recovery, load adjustment and transfer, and track maintenance or construction.

This position combines field leadership with hands‑on operations. The Supervisor will coordinate crews, monitor job‑site safety, oversee equipment use, communicate with customers and regulatory personnel, and ensure work is completed properly and efficiently.
