Job summary

Qualdoc is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Field Operations Supervisor to lead field crews supporting derailment response, railcar repair, load adjustment/transfer, and track maintenance and construction projects in Fort Worth.

You will oversee daily field operations, enforce safety standards (PPE, FRA, DOT), manage equipment readiness, and communicate with customers and regulatory agencies while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of railroad industry experience.
  • Knowledge of DOT, FRA, and applicable safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
  • Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
  • Experience operating heavy equipment (cranes, excavators).
  • Ability to read load charts and rigging practices.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and assign daily work to field crews.

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Starting Salary: $64,000/year (Higher salary available depending on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Field Operations Supervisor to lead and manage field crews supporting derailment response, railcar repair, load adjustment/transfer, and track maintenance and construction projects.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering exceptional service to railroad customers and regulatory stakeholders.
