PSC Group in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Railcar Repair Technician to safely handle heavy equipment, railcars, and tracks while completing repairs. You will interpret work orders, follow blueprints, and apply basic mechanical skills to weld, cut, and gouge as needed.

Experience is welcome but not required; on-the-job training is provided. A valid driver’s license and/or TWIC may be required depending on location, and you must be 18+ and able to work in the U.S.

Aufgaben

• Interprets job work orders and follows blueprints/schematics to perform repairs.
• Welds, cuts and gouges using basic mechanical skills and tools.
• Notifies materials and/or equipment needed to complete tasks.
• Follows safety rules and maintains a clean work area per ARS EH&S policies.
• Ensures AAR, ARS and customer quality standards are met.
