The position requires 5+ years in railcar repair or manufacturing, supervisory experience, FRA/AAR knowledge, and blueprint literacy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in railcar repair, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of FRA regulations and AAR Interchange Rules.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop hourly employees across repair activities.
• Drive safe work practices and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor daily production and update job status.
• Coordinate with Quality and EHS teams to maintain compliance.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
