Job summary

This hands-on leadership role requires 5+ years in railcar repair or related industrial ops, supervisory experience, and knowledge of FRA/AAR rules. You will coach hourly staff, monitor production, and partner with Quality and EHS to maintain audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in railcar repair, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of FRA regulations and AAR Interchange Rules.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead repair operations and oversee hourly employees on the shop floor.
• Drive safe work practices and ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor production, track work in process, update job status.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Partner with Quality and EHS teams to maintain audit readiness.
