Job summary

You will work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment performing general labor on a 12-hour shift, on a rotating 36/48-hour weekly schedule (three shifts one week, four the next). Key duties include breaking down, cleaning, inspecting, repairing, and reassembling bearing components, and moving materials around the production area.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial labor, or physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Break down, clean, inspect, repair, replace, and reassemble railcar bearing components according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Operate or work around production equipment and tools for the assigned area.
• Handle, position, move, load, and unload bearing components and materials during production.
