Responsibilities

• Breakdown and inspect rail car bearings.
• Repair or replace faulty components of the bearings.
• Reassemble and prepare rail car bearings for shipment.
• Demonstrate compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
• Be an active team member focused on quality.
• Report any safety concerns to management.
