Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee operations at multiple rail yards in Houston.
• Supervise approximately 25 employees and drive safety culture.
• Manage maintenance logs and equipment inspections.
• Optimize freight costs and monitor billing/cost reconciliation.
• Liaise between logistics and sales to improve service levels.
