The role requires coordinating daily tasks, equipment, and materials while occasionally covering the Operations Manager. Strong railroad supervisory background and proficiency in MS Office are essential, with a commitment to safety rules and procedures and excellent interpersonal communication.

Qualifications

• Prior railroad supervisory experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiar with and able to apply safety rules and procedures.
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal communication skills.
• Available 24/7/365.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and supervise personnel, materials, tools, and equipment in daily operations.
• Possess the ability to perform switching crew duties and fill in for the Operations Manager as needed.
• Track maintenance experience and mechanical knowledge preferred.
