The ideal candidate has 10+ years in rail transportation, strong leadership, and proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transportation, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in rail transportation, rolling stock, vehicle engineering, transit program delivery, or related infrastructure projects.
• Proven project management experience supporting rail vehicle procurement, fleet modernization, or transit capital programs.
• Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and client expectations across complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Lead and manage rail vehicle procurement and fleet modernization projects from planning through revenue service implementation.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and resource coordination to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams including engineers, program managers, client staff, manufacturers, and contractors.
