Job summary

Televic Rail US is seeking a Project Manager – Rail Technology Systems to lead the delivery of complex rail technology projects across North America, collaborating with transit agencies, rail operators, vehicle manufacturers, and internal engineering teams.

You will manage the full lifecycle from planning to closeout, serve as the primary client SPOC, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in line with contracts and standards. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in rail transportation or related domains.
• Proven ability to lead engineering-to-order or customer-specific projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executives, customers, and technical teams.
• Fluent in English; travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of rail technology projects from planning through closeout.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, software, systems integration, manufacturing, logistics, and finance.
• Lead meetings, FAT/SAT, and project reporting activities; manage risks and changes.
