Job summary

Railserve, part of Marmon Holdings, is hiring a safety‑focused Track Services Project Manager to oversee rail construction and maintenance at active customer sites. You will lead project execution, coordinate crews, equipment, and vendors, and ensure safety and quality across sites.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, with experience reading blueprints and proposals. Travel to project sites is required in a fast-paced field setting.

Qualifications

• College degree in Building and Construction Technology or equivalent construction management experience preferred.
• Experience in railroad construction, maintenance, or industrial operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and safety procedures.
• Experience preparing proposals, reports, and customer correspondence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Walk railroad tracks to identify deficiencies and prepare project proposals and pricing recommendations
• Read and analyze requests for proposals (RFPs) and develop professional customer responses
• Oversee project operations to ensure customer requirements and project expectations are met
• Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and vendors across multiple job sites
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company procedures and regulations
• Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering high levels of service and operational support
• Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting
• Lead field crews to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule
