Job summary

Railserve, part of Marmon Holdings, is hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee rail construction and maintenance projects on client sites across the United States and Canada. You will lead project execution, coordinate with customers and vendors, and maintain a strong safety culture in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in railroad construction, maintenance, or industrial operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rail construction and maintenance projects across active customer sites.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and vendors across multiple job sites.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company procedures and regulations.
• Lead workforce planning, project scheduling, and cost tracking.
• Prepare proposals, pricing recommendations, and customer correspondence.
