Job summary
Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) is seeking a Track Supervisor to uphold safety, reliability, and integrity of our track infrastructure across the Texarkana region. This role supports 24/7 operations, covering from Wilton, AR to Blanchard, LA, and requires leadership to drive proactive maintenance and risk mitigation.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in track maintenance, hands-on experience with track machines, and a strong ability to apply track standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in track maintenance, especially in main terminals
- Experience operating track machines (minimum 1 year) with productive safety record
- Ability to interpret and apply track standards and practice circulars
- Commitment to working safely and following safety procedures
Responsibilities
- Ensure regulatory compliance with safety practices and procedures
- Oversee scheduled track inspections and address safety exceptions
- Maintain inspection records and documentation to reduce safety risks
- Direct maintenance aligned with renewal plans for track components
- Set daily work priorities and report to Roadmaster
- Provide on-call support for 24/7 operations
