Qualifications

• Professional engineer licensed in the United States.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• 12+ years of industry experience with at least 8 years in rail track design.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, and budget on complex rail projects.
• Strong client relationships and proposal support.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary rail projects from planning through construction support.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget while delivering high-quality results.
• Build and maintain client relationships, identify opportunities, and support proposals.
• Mentor engineering staff and coordinate resources across the division.
• Represent Benesch at industry events and client meetings.
• Collaborate with group leaders to balance workload nationally.
