Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex rail signaling and systems integration programs across North America.

You will oversee commercial, technical, and contractual performance of multi-year transportation programs, coordinating customers, primes, subcontractors and suppliers to meet contractual and safety requirements. The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field and 10+ years in program management, including regulated projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project / Program Management, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in Project/ Program Management.
• 10+ years managing multi-year, complex regulated projects/programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full program lifecycle: bid support → execution → testing & commissioning → closeout.
• Deliver programs on schedule, within budget, and aligned to revenue targets.
• Ensure contractual compliance and governance across multiple stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate cross-system integration planning and execution.
• Own change orders, cost, revenue, and margin performance.
• Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, and schedule risks.
