Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Wireless/RF engineering.
Military leadership experience is highly valued.
Willingness to relocate and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 8-15 union technicians with humility and trust.
Demonstrate strong electrical operating capabilities to support railway signaling.
Make informed decisions to achieve exceptional results in a safety-critical environment.
Troubleshoot technical issues effectively across signals equipment.
Communicate and collaborate efficiently with supervisors and teams.
Possess knowledge of radio technology and its application in signaling.
