Job summary

Norfolk Southern is offering a Communications and Signals Leadership Trainee program in the Eastern US. The 40-52+ week trainee program develops leadership skills and technical expertise to prepare you for the role of a C&S Supervisor.

You will lead 8-15 technicians, gain hands-on experience in signaling, installation, operation, and inspection, and travel to support 24/7 operations. A degree in Electrical/Electronics/RF Eng is required, and relocation is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (AS) or Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Wireless Engineering, or RF Engineering.
• Military leadership experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8-15 technicians in a field environment.
• Demonstrate strong electrical operating capabilities and troubleshooting skills.
