Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in FRA-regulated commuter/freight rail.
• 10 years in railroad systems (design, engineering, construction).
• 4+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• 5+ years knowledge of signal systems (ABS, CTC, PTC).

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs for rail systems.
• Ensure compliance with FRA regulations and perform audits.
• Implement maintenance procedures and manage performance monitoring.
• Act as primary contact for operational decisions during mobilization.
