• Acts as the main liaison between railroad representatives and RailPros Real Estate clients.
• Manages client relationships with railroad and utility representatives.
• Reviews railroad permit applications and ensures required documents are provided.
• Communicates design/work revision comments clearly to clients for permits or leases.
• Coordinates with engineers on utility relocation design and construction for railroad projects.
• Assesses railroad property valuation and license/lease value.
• Submits permit applications to railroads on behalf of clients.
• Tracks and updates application status in systems and informs RailPros team and clients.
• Drafts license/lease agreements for railroad clients.
• May travel to RailPros HQ, field offices, client sites, or project locations.
