Job summary

RailPros in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Real Estate Manager I to serve as the primary contact and relationship manager between utility and railroad clients and RailPros Real Estate. This position is based in Philadelphia and supports permit and lease processes for railroad right-of-way.

You will coordinate with railroad clients and engineering teams, draft license and lease agreements, track application status, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring accurate records and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Experience with railroads permitting processes and standards is preferred.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Travel to client sites and RailPros locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the point of contact between railroad clients, utilities, and RailPros Real Estate team.
• Reviews or prepares permit and lease applications and ensures documentation is complete.
• Drafts license/lease agreements on behalf of railroad clients.
• Tracks application status and coordinates revisions as needed; supports process improvements.
