RailPros is seeking a Real Estate Manager I to act as the liaison between utility/railroad representatives and RailPros Real Estate clients. This role focuses on managing permits, leases, and access rights while maintaining strong client relationships.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and experience with railroad permitting processes, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel to various offices and sites may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to manage and oversee project scope.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as the primary contact between third parties and railroad representatives.
• Manages client relationships for railroad and utility/permittee/lessee segments.
• Reviews railroad permit applications and ensures documents are complete.
• Communicates design/work revision comments clearly to stakeholders.
• Coordinates utility relocation design/construction with railroad projects.
• Assesses railroad property valuation and license/lease values.
• Submits permit applications to railroads on behalf of clients.
• Oversees permit review and approval processes for railroad clients.
• Tracks application status and updates RailPros and clients.
• Contributes to process improvements and data accuracy.
