Amtrak invites you to join its Summer 2027 Corporate Real Estate internship in Philadelphia. You will work closely with Real Estate Managers to support a range of real estate transactions, research comparables, and help with contract administration and asset data management.

You will gain exposure to pricing evaluations, property management processes, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners on development initiatives.

Formación

• Must be actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum GPA 2.8; capable of handling real estate data and documentation.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications and internal systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Research and analyze real estate comparables to support pricing evaluations.
• Develop foundational knowledge of contract administration and property management.
• Update real estate asset databases and assist managers with day-to-day tasks.
