Canyon & Cascade is seeking a Real Estate Analyst in Mesa, AZ to manage access licenses and permitting agreements supporting safe railroad operations. The role reports to the Director of Real Estate and involves negotiating agreements, maintaining records, and overseeing billing, accounts receivable, and collections.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency in MS Office and foundational accounting principles.

Qualifikationen

• Proven knowledge of real estate agreements incl. leases, licenses, permits, easements and related contracts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic accounting and financial analysis skills including invoicing and AR management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Aufgaben

• Negotiate, prepare, and administer a high volume of access, license, permit, and other real estate agreements per policy.
• Serve as main contact for customers, contractors, utilities, agencies, and other third parties seeking access to railroad property.
• Ensure all executed agreements are established for billing and revenue tracking.
• Generate invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and support collection of payments.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly.
• Independently manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
