The role centers on developing CPM master schedules for active projects, assessing schedule performance, and advising on contract timing and modifications. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, with two years of heavy construction scheduling experience, and proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, drawing software, and MS Office 365 including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field.
• Two years of experience in heavy construction scheduling or project control; knowledge of Primavera P6, Excel, and drawing software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word.
• Communication tools such as Slack or Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops the CPM project master schedule for entire Metrorail line segments for projects in the CIP annual budget.
• Advises on schedule adherence critical for contract approvals and payment processes.
• Develops and recommends alternative schedules to compensate for delays.
