Job summary

Haalufa USA, Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduling Engineer in the DMV area to support a major rail service client.

The role centers on developing CPM master schedules for active projects, assessing schedule performance, and advising on contract timing and modifications. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, with two years of heavy construction scheduling experience, and proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, drawing software, and MS Office 365 including

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field.
Two years of experience in heavy construction scheduling or project control; knowledge of Primavera P6, Excel, and drawing software.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word.
Communication tools such as Slack or Teams.

Responsibilities

Develops the CPM project master schedule for entire Metrorail line segments for projects in the CIP annual budget.
Advises on schedule adherence critical for contract approvals and payment processes.
Develops and recommends alternative schedules to compensate for delays.
