Job summary

OHLA USA is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and manage schedules for field and engineering projects in Riverdale, MD. You will assist project managers with scheduling, planning, coordinating, and monitoring timelines to ensure on-time project delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in construction with 3+ years using Primavera P6, and a Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering. The position includes comprehensive benefits and a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, including a minimum of 3 years hands-on Primavera P6 experience.
• Experience using Primavera Project Management (P6) for developing, monitoring and reporting schedules.
• Knowledge of bridges, building recovery, infrastructure and transit projects.
• Experience in planning and scheduling, validation, commissioning, cost control, claims, and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary construction schedules for estimating and proposals.
• Develop, maintain and update detailed resource-loaded schedules for construction projects.
• Gather and analyze information to prepare progress reports; frequent on-site visits required.
• Support project management in planning, tracking, analysis and reporting of progress.
• Prepare reports as required by the project.
• Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems.
