WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Construction Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in the Southeast US.

The role leads CPM scheduling for rail transit programs, coordinating input from designers, contractors, and third parties to deliver integrated schedules and risk-informed forecasts. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline, 12+ years of scheduling experience on large programs, and strong Primavera expertise for CCP, EV, and TI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related discipline or equivalent years of construction scheduling experience.
• 12 years of experience in developing and managing construction schedules for large programs.
• Experience with critical path method analysis/technique with Primavera.
• Project financial forecasting skills.
• Change Order Analysis, Time Impact Analysis, and Forensic Schedule Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert CPM scheduling (via Primavera) to support client’s program including design and construction rail transit projects.
• Develop integrated program schedules based on input from designers, contractors, third parties, etc.
• Assess and provide recommendations to resolve schedule, scope changes or delays to the project team and executive management.
• Coordinate with project teams to assess reporting and identify risk and create accurate forecasts.
• Develop, update, and analyze detailed execution schedules for simultaneous projects.
• Establish baseline schedule: durations, logic, resources, costs, cost curves, resource histograms.
• Review periodic CPM Updates and create Primavera schedule comparison reports.
• Perform Earned Value analysis reports, schedule change management and review of change orders.
• Perform time impact analyses (TIA) to determine impact of potential delays.
• Provide recommendations for schedule recovery and perform what-if scenario analysis.
