WSP USA is seeking a Vice President, Construction Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in the Southeast US. You will provide expert CPM scheduling using Primavera for rail transit programs and large-scale design-construction projects.

The role requires leading integrated schedules, performing EVM analyses, TIA, and schedule recoveries, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering detailed reports to executives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related discipline or equivalent years of construction scheduling experience.
• 12 years of experience in developing and managing construction schedules for large programs.
• Experience with critical path method analysis/technique with Primavera.
• Project financial forecasting skills.
• Change Order Analysis, Time Impact Analysis, and Forensic Schedule Analysis.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working within large and challenging Client Programs with one or more project teams.
• Effective reporting and communication skills.
• Experience in preparing project reports and documentation.
• Building Construction and or project management experience.
• Team player and Strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide expert CPM scheduling (via Primavera) to support design and construction rail transit programs.
• Develop integrated program schedules based on input from designers, contractors, and third parties.
• Assess and recommend resolutions to schedule changes, scope changes or delays.
• Coordinate with project teams to assess reporting, identify risks, and create forecasts.
• Develop, update, and analyze detailed execution schedules for multiple projects.
• Establish baseline schedules with durations, logic, resources, and costs.
• Review CPM updates and produce schedule comparison reports.
• Perform Earned Value analysis and schedule change management.
• Conduct Time Impact Analyses (TIA) to assess potential delays and impacts.
• Provide recommendations for schedule recovery and recovery schedule analyses.
