• Appraise performance and administer discipline.
• Reward employees and address complaints.
• Resolve problems and supervise operations at the site.
• Maintain payroll within the budget.
• Conduct efficiency and operating tests per company practices.
• Hire and train new employees in operating practices per regulations.
• Assist with other projects and duties as assigned.
