Keolis, a leader in public transportation, seeks a seasoned leader to plan, deploy, and optimize operational resources for daily commuter rail service. You will oversee staffing across all shifts, collaborate with multiple departments, and drive efficiency and safety while ensuring compliance with regulations and labor agreements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, leadership of operational teams, and a strong commitment to service reliability in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in railroad operations, transportation management, dispatching, resource planning, or related environment including leadership.
• Experience managing workforce allocation, operational resources and service delivery in a 24/7 transportation or rail ops environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, deployment, and optimization of operational resources to support daily commuter rail service delivery.
• Oversee ATC resource management to ensure staffing and readiness across shifts.
• Monitor resource utilization and performance metrics, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with Operations, Transportation, Mechanical and other departments to address resource needs.
• Develop and implement resource strategies to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and labor agreements.
• Lead response efforts during disruptions, emergencies, or special operating conditions.
• Prepare and present reports and performance updates to senior leadership.
