Job summary

Travero, through CRANDIC, seeks a dispatch-focused professional to maintain daily operational communications for train crews, maintenance activities, and interchanges with connecting railroads. You will connect customers, crews, and railroad partners to ensure safe, efficient operations.

This role requires strong problem-solving, coordination with multiple teams, and availability for shifts including nights and weekends in a fast-paced railway environment.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to use computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for customer service functions.
• Coordinate with technical support areas to ensure accurate information flow.
• Interface with internal and external customers; perform other duties as assigned.
