Job summary

Travero, a subsidiary of Alliant Energy, seeks a dispatcher to support CRANDIC operations in Cedar Rapids. You will manage daily communications about train crews, maintenance activities, interchanges, and deliveries with connecting railroads to ensure reliable service.

Join a fast-paced team that connects customers, crews, and rail partners, solving problems and keeping operations running smoothly. Prior dispatch or customer service experience is a plus, with shifts including nights and holidays

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Previous dispatch and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for essential customer service functions.
• Coordinate and communicate with CRANDIC technical support areas to ensure accurate information.
• Interface with internal and external customers to support operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
