Job summary

CRANDIC, a respected name in the railroad industry, is part of Travero, a subsidiary of Alliant Energy. This role coordinates train crews, maintenance work, and railcar movements with connecting railroads to ensure safe and efficient rail operations.

You will act as the primary communication hub between customers, crews, and railroad partners, solving problems and supporting essential transportation services in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in dispatch and/or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and customer interfacing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate train crews, maintenance, and interchanges with railroads.
• Serve as communication hub between customers, crews and partners.
• Provide leadership for customer service functions and information flow.
• Perform duties as assigned in a fast-paced environment.
