Job summary

ARRC seeks a Transportation Supervisor to coordinate and manage train and engine crews, ensuring staffing plans meet safety, efficiency and profitability goals. You will oversee Crew Dispatch, Timekeeping and related processes, guiding staff and coordinating with unions and departments to maintain service levels.

Responsibilities include staffing planning, oversight of dispatch and payroll systems, and leading training initiatives to support the ARRC vision and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of railroad operations and safety compliance.
• Ability to lead, mentor and supervise crews; strong scheduling and coordination skills.
• Experience with union contracts and labor relations; proficient in timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage staffing for Crew Dispatch and Timekeeping to meet objectives.
• Oversee daily T&E activities; ensure compliance with labor agreements and policies.
• Develop training, change management and scheduling processes for crew management.
