Job summary

OmniTRAX WES Switching in Green River, Wyoming, is seeking a Crew Lead / Locomotive Engineer to oversee train operations, track maintenance, and locomotive systems while adhering to FRA rules. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read safety manuals and follow instructions.
• capable of performing basic shop math and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Move trains safely in yards and on roads.
• Operate track switches and inspect equipment.
• Instruct train crews to couple/uncouple cars and perform minor repairs.
• Communicate with Locomotive Engineer using signals and radios.
• Ensure compliance with FRA rules and safety standards.
• Complete inspection and repair reports per FRA guidelines.
