Watco Railroad Operations in the United States is seeking a conductor/switchman to control and coordinate train movements while switching railcars in yards, industrial plants, or similar locations to facilitate loading and unloading for customers. The role is a hands-on, manual labor position with a prescribed training period.

• Must be able to pass and/or obtain all reporting, testing, and certifications as required for this position.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely in a railway environment.
• Willingness to perform manual labor and operate equipment as needed.
